Michael Casey was my service ad I just had to bring in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for routine oil change and there was a recall issue to address as well. Michael Casey was my service advisor. He was friendly, accommodating and helpful. He told me that the recall would take some time as the software update was a little slow; but he was very accurate in telling me what time I would be out of there.
