He explain thoroughly what they would be doing prior to taking my car and then also when they completed the job. He was very well mannered and friendly and definitely gave service with a smile. A man of his word and goes out of his way to make the customer satisfied. Too bad my salesman when I purchased my Jeep (who is no longer there- thank God) was not as good as Mike, however Mike made up for my experience with the salesman.
