I did not purchase my Jeep from East Hills but based on the DealerRater reviews, I decided that this would be my home dealership for all of my services. My vehicle was exhibiting some issues in regards to the heated seats/steering wheel, as well as some audible noises when going over bumps. Marc politely greeted me on my arrival and made sure to keep me up to date with any progressions. Although East Hills is 25 miles away from my home, I will continue to service my vehicle at their location as their customer service and courteous staff are second to none! More

Very good service. Went to the service department without an appointment due to an issue with brakes. Mike Cartelli fit me in for the service within an hour. In addition to brakes, the car was inspected and a oil change was performed. While waiting for the service to be completed, Mike came in to the waiting room a few times to let me know the status.
