Great Service So my wife and I had a 2004 ford Explorer, which we were happy with, but I wanted to get my wife a nice upgrade. I did research on the internet and discovered East Hills. We took a ride to East Hills on May 8, Mother's day. She really wanted a Rubicon, which she could of had. She decided to take a walk around to see and feel her options. I thank god for the salesperson who helped us out, his name is Mike Guerrieri, this gentleman was so patience and understanding with us. My wife is very picky and asks a lot of questions. He was very good, very informative on his inventory, and he knew his cars. Every question he answered. Good sense of humor, which we all need at times. So to make a long short, we purchased a 2012 Grand Cherokee altitude. Mike was extra nice, cause my wife pointed out that the tires were worn so we asked Mike for a new set of tires, which Mike made sure we got and that we were happy and pleased with the purchase. I was mostly afraid of how the sales reps hustle you in, but my salesrep was Syed and he was very nice. I went through quite some colors/models to make up my mind and at no point was I hustled in. After going through numerous models the blue renegade stood out like a charm :) Not only was the salesrep nice, but the management was good too, there were a few cringing moments but that's to be expected when coming down to pricing. To be honest this is no hassle dealership!!! I love my Blue Renegade ty guys!! More

The deal was legitimate and although they didn't have a truck on the lot, our salesperson Ingrid was able to allocate one to our exact specifications and get us an unbeatable price.
