Even while away on her vacation, Ann kept in contact with me almost daily, working constantly on getting me the Jeep I truly wanted. She never gave up hope and even when it seemed as though the vehicle I wanted would slip away (due to my credit situation) she as well as Dean & Mike in finance kept pushing ahead working with me on the best solution for my situation.
