Excellent Buying Experience We were looking for a new car, and really had no idea what we wanted. Stopped at numerous dealers, and they were just looking to sell a car, any car, We were looking for a new car, and really had no idea what we wanted. Stopped at numerous dealers, and they were just looking to sell a car, any car, TODAY. We stopped in at East Hills, and were greeted by Rich Correa. He took the time to understand where we were, and what we were looking for, and what our finances would reasonably allow. Rich showed us a few models, and we finally, kind of, chose the new Renegade (great car by the way, but we are talking dealers here, not cars, right?). He could tell we weren't 100% ready yet, so he gave us the literature, and said go think about it, make sure it is right for you. We left for about 3 days, and not ONCE did we get the pesky dealer call. We called and set up another appointment with Rich. We talked finances, and once again, he insisted that we take time to make sure the dollars fit. The next day, we went back and closed the deal, and picked up the car two days later. Rich clearly knew his product, but more importantly, he was alert to our indecision, and did not apply the pressure to close the deal TODAY. The rest of the dealership, including the finance gentleman, Dean, were more than helpful. I was very impressed with both the dealership and the saleman, and will definitely return and give them first shot at my next new car. More

I made a friend, I didn't just meet a salesman. You can tell by dealing with Fred B. that he's been selling cars for a long time. He was informative regarding options but I never felt like he was trying to corner me into buying anything, he just wanted me to know as much about what was available as possible.
