They knew we were driving the car to Virginia Tech to deliver to our son leaving 4am the next morning When I returned home from Virginia and settled back into work and I asked our sales person about the gas situation about a week and a. half after the sale he told me they usually put a half a tank of gas in their cars but there was nothing that could be done about it now. I have been searching for 7 months now and when I finally stumbled onto East hills dealership I was immediately greeted by Jen and Jorge. They helped me find the perfect Jeep and its just amazing. Very personable people very, Polite and helpful and very knowledgeable about each vehicle I was shown. I never once felt like I was being swindled like in the past 7 months. I have to thank these amazing people for helping me into my new Jeep and I am extremely grateful for their help. Its not common to find an honest dealership that actually wants to help you sincerely into a new car. Bad choice of dealership We purchased a Dodge Challenger 2013 on 8/20/15. We purchased a new alarm system for $600 and the lifetime warranty, which costed us over $5,000. We were even charged $45 for the gas and $695 to prep the car. We never received anything about the alarm and everything with that alarm looked and sounded the same when we first went to look at the car. The car was not prepped accordingly. One of the fluids was half full which means that was not checked and i wonder what else was unchecked. My cousin just bought a used SUV yesterday from another dearship and she was not charged for the gas or to prep the car. After we closed the deal and signed the paperwork and went to pick up the car that's when we were informed that they do not have a second key/remote control for the car and if we would like to purchase another one it will cost us another $350. Also, the wheel-lock knot was missing so we can't get the tires off if we have a flat. We were misinformed and my husband went to the dealership today and spoke to the salesperson and also the general manager and they said that is nothing they can do. I do not recommend this dealership and I will never go there again to purchase another car. They are dishonest and misinformed us. Our sales person was Ivan and i do have to say that he was friendly and polite. More
