Dealing with Mike Kennedy was nice and friendly followed by working with James Kropp. Best part of the whole process is there was no pushiness or arrogance from any of the 3 team member to make sales or to bump up packages of vehicle to make more profit. They all genuinely seemed to care about ensuring we got what we wanted without making us feel uncomfortable. James was awesome, friendly and incredibly patient which made all the difference. He was such a pleasure to work with and we closed the deal with no hassle, no fuss. We extremely enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back whenever we need another vehicle.
