The Verdict This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in my long life. My car sat at the dealer for one month and was never diagnosed. Their service writer stated to me that his tech had "Eyes on it" What the xxxx that does mean? I was told it would be diagnosed, is that a proper diagnosis? I left with a blank sheet of paper which didn't include any details outlining the diagnostic procedure nor the parts required to repair nor an estimate detailing the cost, just a blank sheet of paper? Is that a proper diagnostic? I will lodge a complaint with NYS-DMV to ask my vehicle was a properly diagnosed, Never again! I implore all readers to stay far away from this dealer and their service department unless you want to be cheated. Don;t say I didn't warn you! More
