This is a car dealership that should be avoided at all costs! The sales staff lured me with a low cost option and the promise of a firm delivery date, which was enough to earn my business. Unfortunately costs! The sales staff lured me with a low cost option and the promise of a firm delivery date, which was enough to earn my business. Unfortunately, things just headed south from there. My initial contact was with Gary C., a member of the sales staff. Gary was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking to lease. The particular model and color scheme I desired was not at the dealership. However, Gary assured me “the car could be procured within two days, as it was at another local dealership, and East Hills Jeep has a dedicated specialist whose only role is to inspect and pick up cars at other dealerships.” This spiel was followed up by Gary providing me my car’s sticker sheet after I asked to see it to ensure the vehicle had all the options I was interested in. Given that things seemed to be going reasonably well up to this point, I proceeded to leave a $500 “refundable” deposit. After three days went by, I called Gary to inquire about the expected pick-up date of my new Grand Cherokee, and with an unwelcoming tone, I was told, “When the car comes in, we’ll call you.” That change in tone and response did not sit well with me, so I followed up that call with a call to the dealership’s manager of new sales, Steve. When I told Steve of my discontent with Gary’s response and asked him to look into the situation for me, much to my surprise, Steve told me that the car Gary indicated was at another dealership was nowhere to be found in his system, he has no idea what sticker was given to me, and the so-called specialist who goes from dealership to dealership to procure cars does not exist. Angered, I was ready to walk away from the deal. However, Steve assured me this type of service was a blip for this dealership, but the only option at this point was to order a new car from the manufacturer, which would take up to six weeks to deliver. However, Steve assured me that this ordering experience would be fun as it would be highlighted with weekly updates from the manufacturer as to the production status of my car. I reluctantly agreed under the condition that I was returned $250 of my initial $500 deposit and the dealership pays for half of my license plate transfer fees, which was agree to by Steve. Well, roll forward four weeks. Not only did I not receive the weekly production status updates, but my $250 was not refunded to my credit card. Feeling angered and frustrated, I decided to take this to the next level and spoke with Judy, the dealership’s general manager. After surmising my experience with the dealership and demanding the immediate refund of the $250 promised to me, she nonchalantly said, “I’ll look into this and get back to you.” In disbelief of Judy’s lack of compassion, empathy, etc., within ten minutes of hanging up the phone, I called Judy back with my credit card company representative in tow and demand a full refund of my $500 deposit, which I have yet to receive and in the eyes of the dealership, negates my new car lease. Unfortunately, I am back to square one in my leasing of a new car, but at least I know I will never have to deal with this dealership and that staff again. More
Excellent dealership! Ann senator did everything she could to get me approved for a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. I live in ct and it was absolutely worth the 2 hour drive! This is the second Jeep we have leased at East Hills with Fred. He is tan ultimate professional and the main reason we came back for our second Jeep. After meeting Fred nearly 2 years ago and discussing our options, I made it very clear to him that we were not going anywhere else because of how he treated my wife and I. When we needed to lease a new car, I went to visit East Hills and told him of our commitment to both himself and East Hills. Within 2 days, everything was taken care of and my wife is now driving a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. I will be going to see Fred within the year to lease our third Jeep within nearly 4 years. More

I had shopped a couple of diffrent dealerships before ending up at East Hills Jeep. I had heard lots of good things about them so I saved the best for last. My salesperson, Michael Galante , was very kno ending up at East Hills Jeep. I had heard lots of good things about them so I saved the best for last. My salesperson, Michael Galante , was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife as we went over all the features of the Jeep we were looking for. He was the only salesperson that asked us if we wanted to take a test drive. We were very happy with his level of proffesionalism. In hindsight, we should have gone to him first. I will definetly reccomend East Hills Jeep and Mr Galante to all my friends. More

I purchased my Dodge Durango from East Hills despite living on the east end of Long Island. I found them initially because of a great internet price, the ability to show their inventory and having the living on the east end of Long Island. Once introduced to Fred, our sales agent, I knew we would be getting our vehicle from him. I have in the past dealt with aggressive and dishonest salesmen and I am suspicious of those who sell cars and start changing verbal promises along the way. This is not the case with Fred. Aside from being cordial, we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Our purchase could not have been any more pleasant. Additionally, I have received follow up emails letting me know that he is accessible if I have any questions regarding the vehicle. Great customer service! More

East Hills stayed in contact with emails and information, so when I was ready to buy another car I when to their web site and viewed their years ago. The staff at East Hills was very professional and was not over aggressive. The salesman was great, Mike Guerrieri has a very soft touch and was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in seeing. Another salesman I spoke to four years before remembered my name. (Rodger Carrington). I will be dealing with East Hills for the next five years and I will continue to assess their performance, but overall I am satisfied thus far with East Hills. Michael Guerrieri was a very important part of the overall process. I also visited two other Jeep dealers with the same cars and comparable prices, but Mike Guerrieri sold that Jeep. Thanks mike.
