I knew East Hills was a great dealership because I leased my Jeep there was was thrilled with the service and attention I received but this was my first experience with their service department. When my check engine light came on I got an appointment for the very next day. Since I had stopped by the dealership to report this problem my sales consultant, James Kropp came up and greeted me; nice to be remembered after a years time! He then walked me into service where he introduced me to Rafael Campos. Rafael made the appointment for me and arranged for a loaner car. I was lucky enough to get one comparable to my truck but I know that doesn't always happen. The next day I met with my service advisor Raymond Lewis. He was friendly and helpful and, even more importantly he was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way I could understand. The service department addressed every one of my issues, did a thorough job in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Would I recommend the service department at East Hills Chrysler Jeep? You bet I would! More

Last weekend i stopped into east hills in search of a pre-owned vehicle. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and Ann couldn't have made the process any easier. I stopped by East Hills Jeep just to price out new Jeep Wranglers, but what I got was so much better. Ann DeMayo greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She did not try and sell me on a car that had more options than I was looking for. This proved to me that Ann genuinely cared about my needs. She took her time and went over all of the features and even checked other dealerships for possible matches. We were able to find a perfect Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that matched my need for family space and fun off road weekend excursions. She was very organized and made signing the paper work a breeze. When I came in to pick up the vehicle she had already put the plates on and made sure it was in the front and ready to go. She went over all of the vehicles equipment again and answered all of my questions. The car looked great and I could not have been happier dealing with such a positive person. The new Jeep is simply amazing. I especially love the features provided in the technology safety package that Marvin Frank recommended. Enough words about the Jeep however, as quite honestly, the vehicle could sell itself. The point in this review is evaluating the overall experience at East Hills. On a one to ten, with a one being the lowest rating, and a ten the highest, I would extend the maximum "10" to both Sales Representative Marvin Frank and General Sales Manager Ed Whiffen. The overall negotiation process, balancing both the price and vehicle options, could not have gone any smoother. Marvin and Ed both turned what could have been a highly stressful endeavor into a very enjoyable experience. I was very strongly impressed with the concern, attentiveness, and honesty of both individuals. They are both an absolute credit to your dealership and based on my experience I would be comfortable in referring anyone to your franchise. I traveled a bit further to make the purchase at East Hills, but felt an overall impression of trust and comfort there. From an early first impression phone conversation with Marvin, his recalling and expressing concern regarding a recent accident that my wife and I had been in, I felt like we were being treated almost as a "part of the family". Looking forward, should the Service Department perform to the same level of excellence as the Sales Department, it will indeed be a long time before I will ever need to look beyond East Hills Jeep for any family automotive needs.
