I started having difficulties with my car that I owned at the time. Instead of wasting money with repairs, I decided to buy a new car. Initially I had no idea what I wanted, other then that it was going to be an SUV. To make a very long story short, my salesman was Rich! He was so kind and had so much patience for me, it was incredible. We tried out so many cars and we had a blast doing it. Not once did I feel like I was a bother to him, he really made me feel comfortable. He also pointed out all the pluses and the minuses of every car we drove. (Which I was surprised because he was so genuinely honest.) The best feeling was when we test drove the last vehicle, we both agreed it was the best one for me. When it came to pricing it, between Rich and Emil (a manager), I was very very pleased! Their demeanor was so impeccable, I was genuinely impressed. I liked the entire staff so much so, that I made my brother and my co-worker both go in to the dealership to look for cars. They both ended up purchasing vehicles there and were just as happy with the service! It's safe to say if all their staff is like the ones I dealt with, this dealership won't be going bankrupt anytime soon!!! More
