I had returned to East Hills Jeep to make another purchase since I had experience with this dealer prior. I had dealt with Ann DeMayo on a prior purchase with another family member and returned and a purchase since I had experience with this dealer prior. Ann was super courteous and friendly, knows the product well, and has a very good demeanor with customers. She is able to assist the customers in making what can sometimes be a difficult decision. The main thing that struck me was not only her knowledge of the Jeep Product and her patience, but her desire to get me into the best car for my needs. She offered Test Drives on all the vehicles that I was contemplating, and after 3 Test drives I chose the Jeep Patriot. This was a good decision for me and thanks to Ann's assistance in very way, I was able to choose a product best suited for my needs at this time. Once again, she is a great asset to East Hills Jeep, and really has the pulse of the customer in mind when assisting on a product selection.
