I recently purchased a vehicle from East Hills Jeep and could not have been more satisfied. I was looking on line as I wanted to stay within the Jeep family as they make good cars. when I called was transferred to Rich Correa. From that point on the process then got easier. I had felt very frustrated with what I had experienced so I was a bit apprehensive going into the process of trading in my car. I had called another dealership before finding East Hills and I felt as though they were only interested in making a sale. This was also a Chrysler jeep dealer. My second attempt was East Hills and I must say it was a totally different experience. It was as if Rich had taken my situation personally. He was not pushy or anxious to make a sale. He treated me as if he wanted this decision and choice of vehicle to be my own. He stood with me through the entire process. He helped me to choose the right vehicle at the right price.I wish all sales people had the same customer service focus as did he. I love my used 2008 Jeep Commander Overland. I did have a couple of service issues the next day and Rich came into the dealership on his day off. You just don't see this type of dedication any more. Rich is a definite asset to East Hills.
