Brought my 2010 Ram Diesel back to where I bought it from Sales Pro Curtis for recall updates and a free oil change. After purchasing a used Dodge from a different brand dealership, the car we were suppose to receive in tip top shape was not delivered that way. We brought the car back to that dealership 4 times, only dealership, the car we were suppose to receive in tip top shape was not delivered that way. We brought the car back to that dealership 4 times, only to be treated poorly. When we brought the car to East Hills, Michael and Dawn took the time to properly document our concerns. When they were unsure what exactly the noise we were explaining, they took the time to have a technican take a test drive with us. (something we suggested to other dealership, but they said it was not necessary). The car was diagnosed and fixed correctly. Through the whole process, we were treated with kindness, concern and overall caring. If the Service department is like this, I can only imagine the Sales department would be just as good. I know we will be back in the future not just for maintainance, but when the time is right to purchase a new car. More

I did my due diligence prior to walking in. I can honestly say that if it wasnt for Steven the manager, the sale would have never happened. these people are good people. I actually had a price abou honestly say that if it wasnt for Steven the manager, the sale would have never happened. these people are good people. I actually had a price about $1000 less at another dealership in Garden City... the manager KILLED the deal at that dealership... They were not friendly, nor were they flexible... I cant work with people like that... they dont deserve to have a job... I had even called the manager up to raise my price, where he so rudely replied "your wasting your cell phone minutes calling me." At east hills... though the manager was firm, he did it in the right way... He bent over in the end to make the deal happen. He was there to make a deal... not break deals like garden city had done. I can honetly say that between Steve the manager and George the salesman, i had a good experience working with East Hills Jeep. I have since then referred several ppl to them. tell you the truth, i was so happy when the salesman, ken, called me from garden city to see if I would settle for his price... best thing was when I told him he lost a customer for being so inflexible... and that i had made a purchase right after i left garden city. East hills is the way to go for best service, reliable and friendly staff and flexibility. thank you guys... love the new car... More

The first time I dealt with East Hills Chrysler was a few years ago when I was looking to lease a Jeep commander. I originally went to another dealer to price out the vehicle. Since I have been driving prima years ago when I was looking to lease a Jeep commander. I originally went to another dealer to price out the vehicle. Since I have been driving primarily Jeeps for nearly 20 years I was very familiar with the vehicles and knew exactly what I wanted. The problem with this OTHER dealer was that I could not get any answers from the salesman and heard several times over that I should come back with my husband. I left furious and headed over to East Hills. I was irate at this point when I met Steve and he probably sensed it. I told him the same exact things I told the other salesman but definitely with some frustration in my voice. In just a short while not only did I feel comfortable at this dealership, I had the pricing info on the car taht I wanted and purchased it the very same day. I highly recommended the dealership to my father and he purchased a brand new Jeep shortly thereafter. Once my lease was up I went to a Nissan dealership because a friend worked there. I have to say the experience was nothing like that a East Hills and I ended up overpaying for a car and being lied to. I felt once again weary of car dealerships and decided that next time I would go to several dealers before making a decision in order not to get taken for a ride. Three years later I was back at Chrysler when I decided to trade in the Nissan. I found that since then Steve has become sales manager and is as helpful and professional as I remember. I got a very fair deal on the Nissan I traded in. The salesman Stan was great. He was patient, informative, professional and not pushy. Once again I purchased a vehicle the same day. There was no need to go elsewhere. East Hills is the epitomy of what customer service should be-from sales to management to service.If the other dealerships could follow their lead, car dealerships would not have the reputations they so often do. I will continue to highly recommend them. More
I purchased my pre-owned Jeep Liberty a few days ago and there were some minor problems with the key and the power outlet. I brought it back the day after I purchased it and was immediately given an appoin there were some minor problems with the key and the power outlet.
