I wasted no time in going to view this vehicle as the response was warm and friendly, on my terms, at my leisure. Ryan assured me that the truck would be ready for viewing even though he would not be there. As I walked in the Door, a nice gentleman who identified himself Stan, and shook our hands as he approached me and my son and inquired as to what type of help, we needed. From that moment on, it has been smooth sailing. Stan answered all our questions, offered his honest opinion when asked, and made it clear that his honesty is his best policy, as he doesn’t need to remember what he told us. He has gone above and beyond in being patient, as I always have extra energy. I felt as if my brother was giving me pointers.
