Amazing Experience First Impressions: I walked into the dealership with my mother and my 14 month old in a stroller. We were all greeted warmly- not in a trying to sell kinda way. Someone told us about toys in the service waiting room which was so helpful with entertaining my daughter. My mother walked her around the dealer for about an hour or so- during which employees offered more toys/snacks/ water/coffee. As I walked the showroom I met Fred Borzooyeh- an extremely informative and kind sales consultant. Fred asked how much I knew about the grand Cherokee and helped inform me without overwhelming me or wasting my time with info I already had. He listened about my current car (Acura RDX) and what I was looking for in my next vehicle. After a test drive we talked numbers. This was my first jeep dealership so I left with a great offer- but did my homework in terms of going to other dealerships as well. Fred called to Follow up on my original visit and was anxious to hear what competitive offers i had. He helped work with management to get me what I know is an amazing deal. I visited the dealership twice more- to do paperwork and then to finalize the deal and pick up the car. Every time Fred was courteous, knowledgeable and dependable. While most of my contact was with Fred - everyone at East Hills carried themselves in the same manner. I absolutely LOVE my 2019 grand Cherokee and I’m So happy I chose to do business with East Hills! More
