Very easy experience from the beginning to the end. I found out that East Hills Jeep participated in the Costco Auto Program. After submitting my request, we went to the dealership to look at a Jeep Gr I found out that East Hills Jeep participated in the Costco Auto Program. After submitting my request, we went to the dealership to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. We were greeted by assistant sales manager, Mike Grimaldi, and he made our complete experience extremely seamless. He assisted us in choosing a color and features. Or deal was signed within 35 minutes! When returning five days later to take delivery of the new Trailhawk, they had the Jeep waiting for us by the door when we pulled up. Taking delivery of the vehicle took less than an hour. Mike even took the time to introduce us to the service department staff and one of the owners onsite, Oliver. This gave a very personalized touch. I have to say East Hills Jeep took the stress out of the purchase of the new vehicle. I would highly recommend, Mike Grimaldi, and East Hills Jeep for any vehicle purchase! I will definitely return to East Hills Jeep when I'm ready to make another purchase. More

He was patient, knowledgeable, and his no pressure attitude put me at ease. While this was not the right time for me to buy a new Jeep, I will 100% go back to Marvin when I am ready to buy a new vehicle. More
