He provided information and transparency and was pleasant to deal with. The service center itself has a lower rating partly because of high pricing (out of his control) and lack of appropriate tailored service packages for leased vs. owned cars. Overall I don't feel very valued by Jeep and my main point of contact is the dealership - I've had Jeeps for over 20 years and the company could do something to acknowledge that loyalty (also out of his control and the dealership's control). Jeeps are good cards but more pricey than comparable alternatives today and the improvements that have been made year to year have not really shown through. Learn from Tesla. And perhaps Audi. More
