Dear Andrew, A few weeks after you purchased your car, your battery needed to be recharged, which we did. The battery did not need to be replaced. Your car was fine for the next 14 months. In August 2017, your battery needed to be recharged again. It did not need to be replaced. Your car was fine for 5 months. Recently, your car had a similar issue. We installed a new battery at no charge. You are an important customer of ours and I'm sorry you've had these issues. Please email me specific instances where we treated you like garbage so I can address them with my team. Why does a brand new car need to be recharged so often? Why would the battery die so many times leaving me on the side of the road in the first place. My 2007 Nissan Sentra still has not died to this day and needed "recharging". I have found a new honest subaru dealership to work with.
