HORRIBLE STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would first like to appoligize to all staff and any customers for my actions and language. Do not go to this dealership with any ho BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would first like to appoligize to all staff and any customers for my actions and language. Do not go to this dealership with any hope of getting a fair deal.i went with a truecar price quote dealership acknowledged me as a truecar buyer they would not even honor their own price quote! Then as i am pointing out they arent matching their own quote a gentleman i am assuming is a manager or finance guy walks by and states very loudly so the whole show room can here" a low baller here. We got a low baller here!!!" I have never been so deceived, angry,degraded,embarassed by how i was treated at this dealership . I have already reached out to whom i know was involved and appoligized for my actions and language. The gentleman who initially "helped" me seemed very unknowledgable about his products how many times can you flip the same paper to find the answer thats right in front of you? Probably a time wasting tactic i would hope. Then his direct "manager" not willing to match his own dealerships price quote by over 1,000 dollars. I have tried emailing this manager to get the name of the gentleman who is bold enough to insult customer right to his face , no one will tell me his name. Shortly after very embarassing exit i made with language i am not proud of in which i was told i should " go to church" and "get out of his show room " if you go to this dealership read all the negative reviews of this place first. This is truly how you will be treated. The rude gentleman is in the right office by the main doors. I would still like to know his name. This by far worst dealings at a dealership i have EVER had and thats says a lot because i was actually sold a lemon car, even They treated me better. I hope that this review helps someone avoid the degradation, embarassment, and frustration of being treated like a common criminal just for askung them to match their own price quote. I have even reached out to who ever responds to negative reviews. Be prepared to be ignored. Worst dealership ever More

We were away for a month and he kept us updated regarding delivery. Once we picked up the vehicle he spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with the various electronics and told us we could call him and he would answer any other questions that may come up. He also told us that if we wanted to come back at any time he would walk us through personally any questions that we had. He anawered all of our questions, and guided me to the selection of the correct car for me. This about my 30th car and I think I just got the best one now. The whole staff in East Hills Subaru greets me warmly when I walk in. They have to love the job and they told me what a great place it is to work at. There was no bait and switch, no game playing etc. just a sweet sincere dealership and I felt comfortable enough to consider Anthony a friend now who I can always call upon with any questions..
