So, that meant asking "who do we want to work with for so long?" We chose East Hills because they didn't pressure us. James let us walk away when we wanted to, and we kept coming back to him. My wife can be difficult, by choice, and James let her be, allowing her to comfortably decide what she wanted on her terms, and that was a big deal to us. 3 months later, were really happy with our car, and sure enough, we got a friendly phone call for our first service.
