But Chris helped me through the entire process in the most comfortable, easy way. No pressure at all. I asked a million questions and he slowly and calmly answered each and every one. He took me on two test drives so that I could make a comparison. The Outback 3.6R I bought drives better than I thought. This car is nicer, and prettier than I thought I'd come away with, thanks to Chris. Now, I want the rest of my family to drive the very safe cars Subaru offers. And from the friendly staff at East Hills Subaru! Jayson made the finance part understandable with no pressure at all. The managers David and Dennis offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. A big THANK YOU to JAMIE, who took the time to take us on a test drive of not one - but two vehicles. Then she sat down with us and patiently answered all our questions. When we picked our car up, she went over the whole vehicle with us - inside and out. By the time we left there, we felt as if we had gained a new friend. And a shout out to JAYSON as well - who, somehow, even made the financing end of the deal a pleasant experience! East Hills Subaru is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them to all our neighbors on the south shore. It's definitely worth the trip. More
