She was so accommodating - gave us her schedule, her direct line, and appointments for discussing the options. She seemed to have an intuition as to which models and features would be best for us. We test drove both vehicles, got coffee, no rush, time to get a feel for the car and its value. Jamie explained every feature in detail it the test drive and again when we picked up the car. She even made sure Sirius worked which required calling them to activate the account before we drove off the lot. The experience was awesome - we would definitely recommend Jamie and East Hills Subaru in Roslyn. Nice people to work with! More
