Was introduced to Ms.Rae Cangcuesta. A Very Pleasant and Friendly representative. Shown the Black 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring showroom car. Beautiful vehicle. Went over the features of the 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring. Sat down exchanged pleasantries and started to discuss the differences between the Touring and Premium models. What I didn't know about the differences between the two models she informed me of them and what she didn't know she asked her specialist to advise her of them. Honest and willing to find the information you want and need to know. Particular 2017 Subaru Forester XT model I desired was not available. Was advised that it will have to be a factory order. After independently verifying same with other competing dealers it was then a matter of a fair purchase price. Ms.Cangcuesta and East Hills Subaru was willing to work with me on the trade in value of my old and the purchase price of the new Subaru Forester XT Premium. Negotiations were non rushed, friendly, and to the point. Deal made, factory order placed, and the wait began. Was updated of the order status during the waiting period. Vehicle arrived and the purchase finalized as planned. All went very smooth. Not so when I met Rae Canguesta at East Hills Subaru. I was greated politely and was shown various models. No pressure what so ever. All my questions were answered politely and she was courteous and pleasant even though I asked so many. She recommended the Forrester because It was more comfortable for me because of my handicapping condition. She arranged for me to test drive the car at a time and day that was convenient for me, made me feel comfortable in the showroom and pointed out the services provided by the maintenance department including valet service if needed. Rae kept me informed every step of the way and the paperwork including additional coverage was handeled by Jayson Schrager, the Business Manager with great patience. He made every effort to explain everything and we left with big smiles on every face.
