We were met by a gentleman with a very friendly and warm greeting. He showed great enthusiasm and was extremely knowledgeable with the entire portfolio of Subaru vehicles. More importantly he listened intently to what I wanted in a car and answered all of my questions and was able to fully customize my first Subaru- the Forrester. Anthony had made such a positive impression on us that we have gone back to him two more times!! That's right, this is our third Subaru with Anthony!! Our first two were Forresters and our current one is the 2017 Outback. It is absolutely fantastic!! Anthony has done it again!! Fabulous experience After a very difficult year i need to change cars because my lease was up on my Lexus. And I was met my a lovely cordial young lady by the name of Jamie Borack. After much patience with me I don't know how she even dealt with my craziness she had me test drive the outback and I immediately fell in love. Finance was a breeze and absolute delight. The gentleman jayson Schrager was very professional caring and understood my financial needs. All in all the dealership is a beautiful experience. Clean delightful and such a beautiful experience. Jamie Borack is a gem. She is professional and courteous. Buying a new car is always a stressful experience. So for our 88-year old mother, we wanted to find a way to create a low stress experience. We live out of town and could not be there in person to help her for this purchase. Jamie was clearly up to the task. When I asked if she would be willing to drive a Forester to our home, she agreed. When I asked Jamie to reserve a certain model, she went a step further and retrieved it from the new car lot and drove it to our home. After determining that the Forester model would be the best, she arranged for the purchase. The story gets even better. Preparing all the paperwork in advance, Jamie was able to win approval to bring the purchase documents to our home for the sale. I attended the meeting via speaker phone. Jamie then went over all the car features and even helped our mother figure out how the car would best fit in the garage. Painless! Finally Jamie agreed to drive our trade in vehicle back to the dealership. Mom was so happy with the entire experience and of course with the car!
