He ascertained what my needs were and did not try to sell me more than I wanted or needed. After I purchased the car and upon delivery he explained (with great patience) all features of my Outback. We received a warm welcome, everyone were rather friendly and accommodating. Anthony took his time in explaining all the fine details from the walk through to the service and emergency assistance process. Jayson was thorough in explaining the entire financing process to us. They both were extremely patient in listening and addressing our concerns and went the extra distance to satisfy our needs and working within our budget.
