We shopped around at several different Subaru dealerships before meeting Jamie at East Hills and the difference was dramatic. For one, East Hills had better inventory. For another, Jamie is fabulous. She’s energetic, friendly and informed. She really understands what she’s selling, and knows how to convey that information without being pushy or hyperbolic. She took the time to help us understand the pros and cons of all our options, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, or asking dumb questions (unlike some other dealerships). After I half jokingly mentioned my irrational fear of buying a used car with weird juju, Jamie delivered our vehicle, sparklingly clean, with a beautiful protective amulet dangling from the rear-view mirror. Talk about attention to detail. And both East Hills and Jamie are super family friendly. The dealership has a playroom with building blocks, which distracted our two-year-old son long enough for us to hold a meaningful discussion about our options. And he liked Jamie so much he actually hugged her legs while she was photocopying paperwork. So there's that. Jason, the finance and insurance guy, was great, too. He was never pushy. And like Jamie he was well informed and helped us navigate our options. Overall, it was a great experience, and so far, so good with the car. More

After Grand Prix tried to pull a bait and switch with me on the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I walked out of Grand Prix and went straight to East Hills Subaru. It was the best decision I made. Jamie and her manager (sorry, name escapes me) were honest about what they could locate/order and didn't pressure me one bit. They ordered the exact car I wanted and it arrived in the exact time frame they said it would arrive; a night and day experience to what it was like to deal with Grand Prix. I've purchased several new cars in my life and my experience with Jamie and the staff at East Hills was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
