You are greeted at the door by a receptionist who can then steer you to a salesperson. This time I dealt with Jamie Borack, my previous salesperson no longer there. Jamie was delightful. She honestly tried to do all she could to make me happy, including rearranging the whole deal when I changed my mind about the model I wanted. She negotiated a good deal for me with the finance guy, keeping in my budget. I shopped on Tuesday, returned on Thursday to sign the paperwork and drove home in my new Forester on Friday. Of course she spent a lot of time explaining all the new tech to this senior citizen to ensure I understood it all and could go away happy. I strongly recommend East Hills Subaru and Jamie Borack. More

The vehicle I wanted was in high demand so it was very difficult to get the car with the features I wanted in a timely manner everywhere I looked. Jamie helped me narrow down a few options with vehicles that were either in stock or were available in a week or two. She was extremely helpful and informative, all without being pushy at all. Unfortunately a purchase wasnt made that day and time passed until now...8 months later. There were no constant follow up calls from anyone at East Hills, which was a welcome change from many other dealerships I had visited in the past. I called in to ask about another car and Jamie remembered me right away. I know its a small thing but it really showed the attention Jamie gives her customers. This time a deal was made on a Legacy in stock and at a price point that we could see value in. It was an easy process and very pain free. Jayson made everything pain free in signing the papers and adding on anything we wanted. He, like Jamie, was far from pushy and they let their product do the selling. I will definitely be recommending and using East Hills Subaru to my friends and family for future car purchases or leases. Highly recommend asking for Jamie. More
