From start to finish, James and the staff at East Hills were transparent, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Initially, I explored my options at other local Subaru dealerships. However, I quickly concluded that East Hills was the most transparent and offered me the best price. There were no hidden fees and they offered me a significantly better price than nearby competitors on a new 2016 Crosstrek. Since I had a preexisting lease that I needed to turn in, James offered to pick me up from the other dealership and drive me to East Hills when my Crosstrek was ready. This speaks to their overall level of commitment. I'd also like to note Nichole and Jayson for their help in the process as well. All in all, great job. More
