Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! My wife and I were in the market for a new car after having my old Toyota totalled in an accident. We live in Port Washington and had been considering My wife and I were in the market for a new car after having my old Toyota totalled in an accident. We live in Port Washington and had been considering a Subaru for over five years, due to the rigors (hills and such) of our neighborhood. Fortunately for us, East Hills Subaru is right next door to the rent-a-car place where we got our insurance loaner from. Well, although we may have been slightly skeptical and wary of car dealers when we walked in, we were served by Jamie Borack, who not only likes to sell Subarus, but also really seems to care about her customers and tries her utmost to make the experience pleasant and easy for all parties involved. We ended up getting a new Impreza Sport hatchback, which I have been driving for a few days, and loving every minute of it. I recommend this dealership, and Jamie, without any reservations whatsoever. The loan officer(?) Jayson Schrager also did very well for us, and was a real pleasure to deal with. More

Amazing customer service I had originally gone to a different dealer and after the test drive I said I'd call the next day with my loan info since I was getting it outside the I had originally gone to a different dealer and after the test drive I said I'd call the next day with my loan info since I was getting it outside the dealership. I did call and the salesperson I did the test drive with was off that day. The salesperson I spoke with was rude and said I wouldn't get a car for over 3 weeks. My current car had suddenly died and I work 20 miles from home so that was a no go. I called East Hills and spoke with Norris Capobianco. He not only said he could get the car faster than that but he also arranged for a loaner car given my circumstance. Norris got my car in ten days even though he had to drive to CT to get it for me. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and I love it! Norris went above and beyond and kept in touch with me the entire way so I was in the loop. If you want a Subaru go see Norris. He's the best! More
