No Pressure - No Hassle Excellent experience all around. Worked with Steve Radow on leasing a new 2016 Forester. Every other dealership pressured me to make a deal same-day Excellent experience all around. Worked with Steve Radow on leasing a new 2016 Forester. Every other dealership pressured me to make a deal same-day / put down a deposit of some kind, and always claimed that the car I wanted would be "gone real quick - better put down a deposit now to make sure you don't loose it!" Was also pressured at other dealerships to put down more money up-front than I really wanted to. Steve and the internet associate (Mallory) were extremely easy to deal with - I told them what I wanted to put down, what I was looking to pay per month, and they made it happen, no pressure and no hassle. Keep in mind I had a realistic offer, tough but fair, so as long as what you're looking for is based in reality, these guys are going to do whatever they can to make it happen. Even took care of my last lease payment, lease disposition costs, and lease return activities on my 2014 Forester (leased from a different dealership). Always felt like I was being treated very professionally with no gimmicks - straight shooters. Didn't walk out feeling like I needed to take a shower, like most dealerships I went to during this process. And for those reasons, I'll definitely be back. More

Excellent Recently, I returned to East Hills Subaru to set up my 2nd Lease of an Outback with Bob Goldman. I came to East Hills primarily because of Bob. My p Recently, I returned to East Hills Subaru to set up my 2nd Lease of an Outback with Bob Goldman. I came to East Hills primarily because of Bob. My previous experience with him at Port was excellent and so I ended up at East Hills. Bob made the process quite simple. He understood what I wanted in the car and worked to process my Lease quite efficiently. When my new car did not come in at the anticipated time (Subaru Outback in big demand), Bob helped me make arrangements to continue the lease on the old car. Bob has followed up with me several times, as is his habit, to ensure that all is well with the car and the I am satisfied. Another plus at East Hills Subaru is the service center. They are very good and quite experienced in the service/maintenance arena. All in all I am very satisfied with my experiences at East Hills Subaru and highly recommend them and especially Bob Goldman. More
