They had purchased a new Forester and a new Crosstrek ( about a year ago) from her at a previous Subaru location. We found Jamie to be professional and knowledgeable with a friendly, no pressure, no nonsense attitude. Our experience at the East Hills Subaru dealership was very pleasant and even though it is further from our home , I intend to go back there after the New Year to purchase a new Forester for myself. After a bad experience at another dealership where we walked out because of one of the managers, (even though the salesman was very nice), it was a pleasure to meet up with him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, along with Franco. It was a painless purchase for us and we were very happy to finally get our Forrester the following week. I would recommended Norris and the dealership, as everyone we dealt with were so nice. More
Wonderful Experience I recently purchased a car for my mom at East Hills Subaru this month. This dealership was a breath of fresh air. To date, I have leased 2 other cars I recently purchased a car for my mom at East Hills Subaru this month. This dealership was a breath of fresh air. To date, I have leased 2 other cars and financed 2 others with various dealerships, and I must say that my experience here at East Hills Subaru tops them all. My mom and I came on a Sunday to explore the various vehicles that Subaru had. Steve took us for a test drive with the Forester and we immediately loved the car. When it came to the specifications of the Forester, he explained what features each one had (base model, premium, limited, touring, etc). The most important thing about this part was that he made us feel comfortable asking questions and did not pressure us at all. We left that day putting down a $100 deposit to find the Subaru we wanted - an Ice Silver Metallic 2016 Subaru Forester Limited model . Steve and Dennis kept in touch with us in the time it took to find the car. There were instances when I called the dealership and found them easily accessible by phone or email. My messages were returned the same day, usually within the hour. Dennis spoke to me about the price of the vehicle and what accessories it came with. I could decide to keep or have them remove any that I didn't want. He gave me a fair value price for the car and I was so glad we chose this dealership to do business with. Just on a side note, the managers at other dealerships I've been to are usually holed up in their office and don't usually extend themselves to the customers. Dennis was so friendly and easy to talk to. Steve had a great mix of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. We were so lucky! On December 19th we picked up our new Subaru. Prior to the pick up day, Steve mentioned that we'd be able to finance the car through my mom's credit union without a problem. He also asked for our car insurance information so that the process would be smoother. This part really surprised me because none of the other dealerships I had gone to before ever did this! It was always done the day of the pick up and took up unnecessary time. It just made so much sense for them to set up the initial part and then for us to confirm the information later. Steve was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he spent the time to review every single feature of the car with us that day (outside in the freezing cold!). He was patient with my mom and also introduced us to the Starlink promotions. Steve helped us set up the "My Subaru" app on our phones which is such a great, useful tool to complement the vehicle. As a promotion for December, Subaru also donated $250 to a charity of our choice. We split it between Make a Wish Foundation and the National Parks. Overall, our experience was more than words can say. It was a seamless process from beginning to end. I finally found a dealership where I feel comfortable spending my money. At the end of the day, Steve and Dennis told us we could call them for anything and everything. I also received a thoughtful follow up email the next day to just check in with us if we had questions about the car. 5-star customer experience, service, and value. I highly recommend Steve and Dennis. More

A couple of weeks ago my husband needed to get a new lease so instead of getting another Toyota (his previous lease) we got in touch with Jamie, who has become a close friend to us and decided to lease a 2016 Impreza. We are beyond happy with the new car, and I can't wait when the time comes so I can upgrade my forester. Thank you Jamie for making the process painless and thank you Jayson as well, for dealing with the financial department. We can't give you guys enough good recommendations! Thank you! More

He was knowledgable, Great customer service, just made it easy for me. The dealer itself was a great experience, just open and friendly... its clean and better then then BMW dealer. I traded in my BMW for a Subaru, BMW dealer all for money and no customer service... At Subaru dealer especially East Hills, they want money but most of all the experience and customer service was far better. If you want a salesperson to really help you out go to Anthony Applewhaite. Now the financing, really not thrilled with that... First they gave me 4.84 for an interest rate when I have a credit score of above 752... then a little magic they got it down to 3.84 still not better then BMW financial that gave me 2.9 %... So a little tip, I refinanced with Credit Union and got 1.64%... I should have gone with a credit union first hand then go from there instead of going straight to the dealer. Lesson learned.
