good solid dealer and team of people I have been looking for a new Outback and originally went to another Subaru dealer months ago. That dealer unfortunately dropped the ball and couldn't I have been looking for a new Outback and originally went to another Subaru dealer months ago. That dealer unfortunately dropped the ball and couldn't produce a vehicle for me even after 3+ months of waiting, so I then went to East Hills Subaru. I spoke with the team there, explained my situation, and started the process over again with them. The sales team, the management team, and the finance team all worked with me to ensure that I got my car in the time frame promised and for the price/offer promised. I was buying a house at the same time so there were some sensitive finance issues, but the East Hills team led by Nichole worked with me to get through everything and I am now driving my new Outback in time for winter, as was the promise. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

However, Jamie was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable, she helped make the whole process easy and pleasant. Everyone at East Hills is very helpful and they try to make your experience stress less. Leon, in service is very nice and accommodating; Jason in finance was also helpful in getting me a good deal on an extended warranty. I was lucky , the staff member who greeted me, heard me, and paired me initially with Steve Radow and then with Bob Goldman.I met with Steve only once and found him to be friendly, a good listener and well-informed. The many hours of decision-making for quite a few days after that were with Bob, a true gentleman who understood my individual needs when so many options were put in front of me. He answered a plethora of questions and was respectful of my choices. What was also noticeable was the comradery between the salespeople and the visible teamwork in a pleasant atmosphere.
