Truly a pleasure to deal with in all parts of sales process Everything about my experience with East Hills seemed to be the opposite of what I found shopping at other dealerships. I never felt that I was being pushed toward a car I was not interested in just because the dealership wanted to move it off it the lot. The sales rep was able to answer all my questions, was patient about the bits I didn't understand right away, and when I said I wanted to sit in the car to think about it, she left me alone to think about it! She was very helpful about explaining all the new features and getting my new car set up comfortably. I wish I needed another car so I that could shop at East Hills again. More
