Good Experience I had been to dealers in Queens and their service was terrible. However, when I walked into the East Hills Subaru showroom I was pleasantly surprised I had been to dealers in Queens and their service was terrible. However, when I walked into the East Hills Subaru showroom I was pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed. My salesperson, Anthony Applewhaite was very nice. I came back a few times until I actually put the order in. He was very pleasant, took me for test drives in the two cars I was interested in, explained everything. The day I had made my purchase, the process was very easy going. Dennis Baquiran, the Sales Manager, was very pleasant and helpful. I picked up my 2014 Impreza a week ago and I love it. Anthony explained everything in the car when I picked it up even though I asked many questions. I give this dealership a very good rating and have already sent one friend who purchased a car and I have recommended the dealership to three other serious purchasers. I live in Queens and have no problem going to East Hills in Roslyn because I can see I will be treated the way a customer should be treated. Also, Arnie Price was very helpful in the process of my financing the car and choosing additional services. Thank you all. More

When Stu called me in response to my email inquiry, I could sense an enthusiasm and helpfulness about him that made me very comfortable. I looked forward to meeting him and the buying process was great. Then Arnie took over and was able to help me make some money saving changes that I would not have come up with had it not been for him. These are people that are professionals, honest and pleasant. Arnie went above and beyond with finding the BEST financing for us. He even gave me his cell and he contacted me on his day off to update me on options. The East Hills team made us immediately feel like we were their most important customers and gave us top service. I was lucky enough to get Norris Capobianco at East Hills Subaru when I called. He priced out the car with the options I wanted and called me right back with what I thought was a very fair price. It's not a secret what dealers pay for the car with Edmunds and KBB anymore. So I went there and I saw the car and Norris went over all the features and went for a test drive. Even though I had a lot of question about the Crosstrek he was able to answer them all. They even give you free inspections for the life of the car and a whole lot more. Well seeing how friendly and helpful everyone was, Rich C the manager and Arnie the business manager I decided that this was the place I would buy the car. I'm so Happy with my new car and they made the whole process so easy, I would recommend them to anyone. More

Friendly Staff, Love them! I did not expect East Hills Subaru to be the exception . I always had a negative view on dealers and how they are always trying to get as much money f I did not expect East Hills Subaru to be the exception . I always had a negative view on dealers and how they are always trying to get as much money from you as possible but I did not have that problem here. The last dealer I went to, I left a deposit on a vehicle, agreed on a price and when I went to pick up the car, they added a prep fee. They wouldn't give my deposit back until I threaten them with legal action. I honestly did not expect Sean to be any different than the last salesperson but I was wrong. He did not avoid the question or try to change the topic when I asked him about any fees. The showroom is not that great looking but the courtesy of the staff sure made up for that. I was told they are planning to renovate the building during the fall. Can't wait to see how it will turn out! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a dealer who will get down to the point and not play games. More

I stopped by about 2 dealers and when I arrived they did not have the car but they insisted on working out a deal. I almost gave up until I got a call from Sean promising me that he will have the car for me when I get there. To my surprised the car was really there! As I said before, I called many dealers and already had a number in mind but after speaking with Sean, I felt very comfortable working with him. I paid more than I initially planned but it was well worth it.They took very good care of me and I know when I come back for my service or next vehicle they will continue to take care of me.
