When I picked up the car a few days later, Pork Chop had it ready for me, with a special gift that was a nice touch. More importantly, he went above and beyond the call to address some minor flaws that are typical for a two year old car. As this was a vehicle for my teenage daughter, I wanted it to be special, and Pork Chop helped make it so. David was low-key, patient and very knowledgable about each of the vehicles we were interested in. The only glitch was the trade-in value. We had worked with Ted before at another dealership. He showed me my options, worked very hard to help with financing, and he knew the entire time what I really wanted and that I wouldn't settle. East Tenneessee Nissian were very friendly when I came in about a month ago and traded for a used Infiniti G35s. Unfortunatly, I soon had a serious problem with the engine that couldn't be picked up by a reg about a month ago and traded for a used Infiniti G35s. Unfortunatly, I soon had a serious problem with the engine that couldn't be picked up by a regular service inspection. I promtly contacted Steve Brady and Dustin Back with this issue, and they were very helpfull in helping me getting the Infiniti looked at, and even went as far as to try one of their own solutions to try to fix my car. Nissian has continued to be very helpful in getting my car fixed, and I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a new/used car. More
