I've given this dealership three chances to do something right. the only reason I gave them more than one chance is because it's within walking distance from my home. the first time they tried to rip me off right. the only reason I gave them more than one chance is because it's within walking distance from my home. the first time they tried to rip me off installing a minor failed part, they tried to charge me over 300 hundred dollars, I did it myself for 16 dollars for the part at their parts department. The second time they charged me almost more than double for parts and ignored my complaints when I showed them proof of what the parts cost from Mopar. Almost two years ago I actually went to buy a vehicle off the showroom floor. The sales person made all kinds of excuses why he couldn't move cars around in the showroom so I could test drive the one I wanted. Then just last week I had an appointment to do some maintenance and get an inspection on my 2004 wrangler. I get there, they take my jeep in, then a half hour later they tell me that they cant work on my jeep because its more than 10 years old. Unbelievable! A vehicle that you sell is too old to work on? They could have at least told me this when I was making the appointment. I wasted a day that I had set aside for this appointment. Buyer beware of this dealership. More
