Oil Change Came into the dealership once I told the Advisor that my oil change and tire rotation was on the house because of a miscommunication on my previous ap Came into the dealership once I told the Advisor that my oil change and tire rotation was on the house because of a miscommunication on my previous appointment she immediately had an attitude. When my car was completed she just waved me towards to cashier. I signed the paperwork and was left to find my car in the lot myself. Had to remove the plastic bag they put on the seat, remove the paper floor mat and the tagging from inside the car and my keys. More

I had to come back again missing an appointment I had smh.... I mad sure that all part was new, I wanted to see all part!! Which they should then to me. Still had to wait for my tires get rotated! Really bad customer service! Salesman was horrible! Sales man was horrible. Finance sucks Even though I told them I don’t want to finance. Sign absolutely nothing as a matter of fact go somewhere els Absolute worst car purchase experience I've ever had in my life. After first meeting with a sales woman who had absolutely no idea how to sell a vehic Absolute worst car purchase experience I've ever had in my life. After first meeting with a sales woman who had absolutely no idea how to sell a vehicle who basically led me back to into my vehicle ready to leave I went back in thinking let me give this place another try is a different sales rep. I was introduced to Mike Chavez who I must say was the best representation of courtesy and professionalism in reality wolf in sheep's clothing . This was definitely not my first rodeo at a car dealer and I knew that they were adding bogus fees on to the sale price so I told Mike I will allow him to get away with the sales book all I needed them to do was replace a tire a battery and detailed the car not Car Wash, Detail as was dirty inside. Long story short I promise everything will be taken care of before I left he got the check for the vehicle left me with someone else to finish off the deal they did absolutely nothing to the car and tried to send me out the door the sales manager Mark La Masa wrote me a promissory note that he would pay for detailing and a battery at a local location near me because I lived over a hundred miles away and now he will not return my calls nor answer the phone.check Yelp reviews they tell the real story about this place.
