Manny made my day! On May 10, 2016 I went to service my car at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealer. Like always Day greeted me with his charm and excellent custom On May 10, 2016 I went to service my car at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealer. Like always Day greeted me with his charm and excellent customer service. I told Day that I was not too happy with my car and he referred me to Manuel Galvan. That same day I had scheduled an appointment with Jenay Howell which is extremely polite and professional. While my car was being serviced Manny offered many options as to buying another car. He showed me how cost effective and convenient it is to buy a new car. I did not want to buy a new car because I park it in the street. Well after careful thought and consideration I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade. OMG! I am so happy. The lease monthly payments are comfortable and after 3 years I have more options. Today I am going for XYlon treatment and to pick up a voucher for a full gas tank. Thank you, Manny. thank you Rocco! More

Especially with the help of Manuel Galvan, he's a great salesperson Had a great experience purchasing and choosing the right car for me and my family. Especially with the help of Manuel Galvan, he's a great salesperson. Other than me buying a car everyone is very polite and grateful once you enter the door. When there's a problem with the car The service people also know how to deal with the problem and they get it fixed. More
Getting the run-around We purchased a used vehicle here a couple of years ago, and that transaction was fine. Now we have sold the vehicle, canceled the warranty that we had We purchased a used vehicle here a couple of years ago, and that transaction was fine. Now we have sold the vehicle, canceled the warranty that we had purchased, and are due a refund for the remainder of the warranty. It has been over 3 months and we have not received the refund. We call the dealership (Carefree Car Protection confirms the warranty is cancelled and that the dealership will issue the refund) and we are only given the run-around. Everyone I've spoken with, from Caleb Dennis, a finance manager, to Kathy in the DMV office, to the receptionist, has been very short and not at all helpful. We've left multiple messages but do not get called back; when we call we are always directed to another dead-end and another answering machine. I do not recommend this dealership. I will be happy to change or delete this review once the matter is resolved. More
DISRESPECTFUL I'm 26 years old, Latina women with an 8 year old child and expecting. On 06/30/2014 I bought a car in the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge paying 676. I'm 26 years old, Latina women with an 8 year old child and expecting. On 06/30/2014 I bought a car in the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge paying 676.52 a month. My vehicle is a 2012 dodge Durango R/T in the pass month I've been taking in my vehicle in for the same thing which is the BRAKE senor showing the 1st time I took it in for this issue the adviser Brandon J. Ordonez stated my brake pump was messed up and needed to be fixed. My husband Eduardo Rodriguez and I had agreed to the fix which cost us a deductible of $100.00. That same day when I was picked up from my job (by my husband) when I went to open the trunk, it was having difficulties opening (it wouldn’t open for anything); I work till 5pm so by the time I called to speak the adviser Brandon J. Ordonez the service department was already closed. So since it was a weekend we had to wait till Monday to take the vehicle back, that same weekend Saturday my break sensor shows up again so when Monday came my husband took the vehicle back to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department where he explain to the same adviser Brandon J. Ordonez the issue and Brandon had stated that “we had to wait for the oil to circulate in the brake pump key”, and as for my trunk I was told they did not do anything to do with it and in order to fix it I would have to pay $100.00 deductible, due to it being a new clam. At this point I was highly upset due to the fact these people where the last department to touch my vehicle and something went wrong. After speaking to Brandon’s boss I was told that they will check what the issue is. I then receive a call from my husband stating that maybe due to the snow over the weekend it could have pushed my bumper up, which then caused it to give an error. That day I didn’t have to pay any deductible. On Monday after 5 pm when my husband picked me up from work my driver seat wasn’t working instead of it moving front and back it was moving side to side, In order for my car to be checked that Monday someone had to drive it inside for the tech or if they had to run any diagnostics. Since It was already late we had no choice but to wait for Tuesday which I was still having an issue with the break sensor going off. When my husband took in the vehicle back in on Tuesday he was advised by Brandon J Ordonez again and he explains to Brandon the issue with the seat and the brake sensor coming on and off. This time there was a broken cable underneath my seat according to them once again they didn’t have anything to do with this and I was told that my warranty covers it but I needed to pay my deductible of $100.00 due to it being another claim, I was also told that as far as for my brake sensor I will have to bring the vehicle in when the light is on. I called my extended warranty (carchex) to see if they can accommodate the deductible due to the vehicle being there since Friday for different things, but according to them they couldn’t do anything due to it being a new claim. The deductible of $100.00 was paid to the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge services department. That same week my brake sensor goes back on while driving in the 684 highway, sprain brook, and Hutchinson pkwy 60 miles going and coming which is 120 miles in total along with my 8 year old son in the car. That week I called Brandon and told him about my issue (the brake sensor) he told me the same thing, he stated I will have to bring in the vehicle in while the brake sensor is on. That same week my husband took the car in due to the brake sensor and when braking it’s a little ruff, they diagnostic the vehicle but didn’t find anything, and dismissed it and told me that I will have to come back while the sensor is on, I was also told that Brandon stated he test drove my car to see if the sensor goes on, but didn’t. The next couple of days my mother takes the vehicle in for the same thing and they still didn’t find anything, and the sensor was on. On 02/26/2016 my husband take the car back due to brake sensor, oil change, and the brakes was making a weird noise when coming to a stop. When he takes it in all of a sudden they find that the car had a recall since 2014, brake booster, front rotors, and front pads, everything I’ve been taking the vehicle in for. So I’ve been taking my vehicle in and out for the pass month in a half and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and in the mean time I’m here driving 120 mile each day Monday through Friday with my 8 year old child putting us a risk due to a services department neglects. That same day Friday I got my car back and on my way home with my 8 year old son, my 1year old niece, my 9 year old nephew, unborn child and husband Eduardo Rodriguez my car started to show the battery light sensor and the alarm for the vehicle was flashing on and off. As I was paying attention to this I notice that the car was smoking from the front but she on a road on my way to the bank I thought it was the dirt or the muffler, but then when I came to a complete stop at a stop sign I notice the smoke again I was 1 minute away from the bank when we pulled in it looked like I was in a airplane with so much smoke and oil everywhere on my vehicle transmission, horn, computer box, etc. I also notice that my car had zip ties on the wires going to the motor which that was never there. I called to the dealership and spoke with Maritza for the receptionist and explained to her what happened It was already 7pm, she stated she noted in the account what happened. I had to call my car insurance for road side assistant and get the vehicle towed to Bill Volts Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership which was 13 miles from where I was. I had to call a family friend who I paid out of pocket 70$ for her to pick me up along with my family and my groceries. On Saturday I called the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership since the service department was the last person to touch my vehicle and once I asked for Brian Dennis which is the owner I was told I couldn’t speak to him or leave him a voicemail, which I have on record. I then was transfer to Booby Erickson ext and left a voicemail. After that called I placed another call to the same number to speak to a manager in the service department, which then no one answered, I then called blocking my number and they answered and transferred me to front desk located in the services department, I was told that on Saturday there is no real manager to attend so I had no choice but to speak to someone else about this matter at this point I must of called about 10 to 15 times when I finally spoke to a young lady name Judith whom help and had the manager call me whom name is bobby. I spoke to bobby around 1:00 pm and he stated once I have the diagnosis from Bill volts dealer to have them email him the information. It’s now Monday and I was told my car needs new water pumps and step belt so a full diagnosis can be made. I then went to the dealer to speak to bobby myself but come to find out I was told I can’t speak to him I ended up speaking to a gentle name Jessie F (sales manager) who was a complete jerk was not professional at all and keep yelling at me as if I was a child, then we was speaking to Jessie F and Brandon (services department adviser) who keep cursing at my husband!!! On Tuesday I get a phone call from Bobby Erickson stating that every time you punch in any vehicle information on the computer its gives you information including recalls. So I don’t know why Jessie F was stating it doesn’t do so etc. I just feel like no one wants to help and it isn’t far. I would like to speak to the owner about this matter and show him what happens in his business especially the people he hires as managers. The owners name is Brian Dennis. More

scam artists!! do not go there!!! We purchased an audi 2008 Last year and it has been nothing but problems. 1 month after the sale the car had problems so we brang it in for "free warr We purchased an audi 2008 Last year and it has been nothing but problems. 1 month after the sale the car had problems so we brang it in for "free warranty" so they can check it and was told it was $125 just to leave the car. When we picked up the car they changed a lightbulb and fixed a slow leak and the bill was $250. We asked our sales rep Joe to see how he can help and he said there was nothing he can do. 2 months later we need to have the fuel pump replaced which out us back $500. 2 months after that coolant hose needed to be changed and that was $250. We even went into the dealership to try to get another car but they weren't offering anything. Today we went in for a "free inspection" and when they came out with the car, they stated all these issues that was going to cost $1100. We said at that time we will not leave it, give us the car back. We'll when the car came out it sputtered and then died. The mechanic had to come and give it a boost. They had the car under an hour and now the car wouldn't start. They gave the car a boost and it started but still sounded funny. Sean said he was the manager on duty and His managers name is Glenn and not available. I had to call the police to make a report because they were trying to say the car was like that upon arrival, which is not true. I am also filing a report with BBB to report this horrible business. Please stay away, do not even go onto this shady business!! More
Unprofessional Saw a 2011 jetta online on their website (only had stock photo)...so I inquired about it etc. After a wk or so of talking back and forth I kept asking Saw a 2011 jetta online on their website (only had stock photo)...so I inquired about it etc. After a wk or so of talking back and forth I kept asking for actual photos of the car.. They kept telling me "we get new ones everyday so the stock photo is as close as possible. Didn't make sense to me and every time I asked for a photo they got aggravated that I was asking (I shouldve known that wasn't a good sign) anyway finally I had time to go on a Saturday (1 1/2 ride, with 8$ tolls both ways) get there, they bring me to the jetta (which right away tell me I need to get it inspected myself) so I already know some things wrong...get to the car and the entire back of the car is basically gone. Its almost like a totaled car. I drove an hour and a half for a totaled car, or one that was in very bad shape to say the least. After I expressed to jasmine (one of the representatives i guess) that my car engine just seized and this was my first time purchasing a car from the dealership and wanted to make sure the car I got was reliable etc. THEY SET ME AN APPT FOR A TOTALED CAR.?!?. One that probably can't be driven at all. They knew my situation and to me that is extremely unprofessional. They told me the car was in great shape when we spoke etc. On top of that, they told me they had another 500 cars on the lot that I could look at, I saw maybe 20 on the lot today. 3 that I took a look at, since I drove that far, for about 6000$ over my price range.....I don't reccomend to anyone, just because of how they apparently do business and claim they want to give their customers the best, but bring me in to see a car missing the entire back of the car.
