When we get to the dealer ship the vehicle is not on the lot, the general manager took it home....Low and behold we liked what we saw on the trunk and we were serious buyers...my husband in good faith put a deposit down which we were told would be refunded to us...The sales person was nice enough to bring the vehicle to our home once the general manager returned it on Monday. We were very serious about the trunk and going through our own bank because the numbers kept changing just with sitting with the sales guy. We decided not to purchase the vehicle when the last deal invoice came over for dealer prep fees....they were forcing detailing charges on us from the other company they have that preps the vehicles. The price was like 1,000. We did not mind the fees we minded that each time a new invoice was sent to us for our bank to approve they added more fees and did not discuss them before sending invoice. In the end they were forcing us to pay a fee for the car to be cleaned and detailed at about $400.00 after negotiating with them. Once again paper work came over with more $$$ added in for something else. We finally decided this was not the deal for us and walked away. I was told it takes 10 days for the credit to show on our account. I requested proof about 10 days ago when I was told it was processed and I still have no proof and every time I call to speak to someone I am given another voicemail....My sales guy is of no help as well. My sales person was John Fakhoury. I also spoke to Barry who told me I would have no problem getting my credit but yet I seem to not be able to get any answers from anyone. More

I came into the dealership after weeks of research, seeing an advertised price online and calling ahead to verify vehicle availability and discounted price. At first I was skeptical that they would honor the price or at the very least attempt the dreaded bait and switch. My concerns were put at ease in the first 10 minutes after sitting down with Frank Pena. He was not only very professional and knowledgeable but took the time to make sure the process was as straight forward and efficient as possible. I have no doubt he could be managing this dealership in the future if he decides to stay in the business. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a new Jeep stop by and ask for Frank. More

I've dove 3 1/2 hrs away for a sale price of 41k and they told me that the 2015 r/t Durango was on the lot and that they would honor the forsale price from the internet by jasmine & Alexis. They were trying to get me into the dealership for 3 day, however, when I finally got to the dealership the car was never there, not beacause it was sold but it was never in there inventory, which is fault advertisement and poor salesmanship. They trying to pushed an more expensive one for 56k and not what I wanted. They miss lead the customers just to get you in to sell you something and don't take into consideration the time and money you got to spend to make it there don't trust them ask for pics of the car with the vin # if they say I can't t that means it's not a good deal and don't wast your time. These ladies or any other ladies aren't salesman and have no authority to make deals, they ONLY GET PAID FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED, don't listen to them.and run away please and no I don't give them no stars but I have to. All the dealers that work there care about is making the sale after that they don't care what kind of problems you are having with the car, it is almost like they are laughing behind your back like they just got you. To this day months later the AC that I was told would be taking care of when I first got the car they said that they are not paying for it and I am on my own. The service manager there Fred Eldik is the most shady, corrupt, slick person I have every met, he hides in his office all day when you have a problem with your car and never answers his phone or read any e-mails addressing your concerns. I don't want nobody to go through what I when through with these people so I feel very good that I am helping others not fall into their trap. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE DONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME!!!! More
