Happy with the day. Drove new car home! Manuel Galvan was great assisting us with package and proposed terms. Javier Sierra explained all the financing and it was very straightforward. Wost experience ever So we were referred here by a friend that just bought a car from them. We specifically asked for the rep that helped our friend. He showed us a couple of cars, and we finally decided on a 2012 Durango, not our first choice but the price worked for us. As he started taking our information and began the paperwork. We notice that he kept leaving us for new walk in customers for long periods of time. We were very patient with him since at this point we were already set on this car. He said we would be able to use our car as a down payment which was perfect for us. Which later it changed and he said we will need additional money for the down payment. Me and my husband discussed this and agreed to leave the additional money down. So at this point we are set on buiyng and leaving with this car. We continued to be patient while he jumped from customer to customer. He then said to give them 30 min to finalize our paperwork. We left to have luch, giving them about 45 to 50 mins. When we return he tells us that they did not have time to do our paperwork and we can come back on Monday. I feel that this place is very unprofessional and I didnt feel valued as a customer. I wasted an entire day here and didn't get what I was promised. I guess our money wasn't good enough for Eastchester Chrysler. I will never recommend this place to anybody. More

Insisted on wire transfers and using their financing. They did 3 credit checks, I presented a titled trade in, a NYS license and a cell phone number. How was I going to hide presenting a bogus check. Never been so insulted in my life. You have no idea how much your being ripped off if you have a trade in. Much happier local. Think their the only game in town. More
Rejected service with bad brakes Today my 69 year old mother went to your service dept.clearly stating her brakes were not properly coming to a halt.She was told by a gentleman named Today my 69 year old mother went to your service dept.clearly stating her brakes were not properly coming to a halt.She was told by a gentleman named Jose she would have to make an appt. & it could be two to three days before her vehicle could be reviewed.I could understand the refusal if it was based on a basic need but this was a brake issue.Quite obvious a road hazard jeopardizing my mothers safety!Outraged that my mom was sent on her way,I called requesting to speak to the service Mgr.a women by the name of Chassidy answered i briefly explained the occurrence & she told me to have my mom return.(Thank you Chassidy!)The vehicle was purchased at your dealership & this is how you brush off a safety issue on your own customer?It is obvious Jose shows no consideration for your customers & there well being!To top it off they provided her with a ride home called when her vehicle was ready but could not offer her a return ride to the dealership.I can say only one thing this is truly the poorest customer service & the worse experience ever!!! Great And Friendly Until You Get To The Dealership I went to this dealership based on me filling out an application online via some other finance company. Very friendly she was stating everything was set up for me for when I go down to the dealership. I expressed that because I already did paperwork prior to going to the dealership, so they won't run my credit again. She reassured me that it will not happen just you're coming into do is pick the car up, which I told her the one I wanted, and go. I get down there and not was she not there, but she didn't answer any of returning emails. The sales person I was suppose to meet with who supposedly knew everything, so I didn't have to explain everything was not there, or busy. At the front counter they stated I can speak with someone else and introduced me to Alan Sharp. After explaining Gloria had everything ready for me, he gave me the only run around. Not only did he run my credit without my permission he did it in a very sneaky way. Telling me that it's for Gloria's paperwork. Then I spoke with a sales manager, don't remember his name, but he was young and tall. I stated to him I want to make absolutely certain that Alan did not run my credit. He then ran to somewhere and came back and stated, no he did not and that was a close one. I don't what happen, but Alan comes back stating the application did not go through. I stated to him Gloria stated everything was a go otherwise I wouldn't have came down here. He said yeah I don't know. It did look like Alan did not want to sell me the car because maybe the commission wasn't good enough for him. I later get home and get a notice that not only did he run my credit again, but 3 more times at the same time. I email Gloria explaining everything haven't heard anything back. Unacceptable and Horrible experience. More

From the first time I met jimmy I know this was a perfect fit new all about the vehicle went over every option sat down at his desk and factory ordered to my specs. Vehicle came in true to form like jimmy said 7 weeks to the day and he made sure calling me twice a week before it came in talk about follow up. Came in to pick up just like we ordered spent an hour with me going over vehicle and also setting up nav Bluetooth and my pre sets Jimmy has a customer for life and I am loving my new ride. Worst Customer Service of My Life This dealer needs a major shake down. So disappointed. Please do not waste your time here. They do not return calls and are very unprofessional. I brought a brand new Wrangler on Monday March 2nd 2015 and it broke down on Wednesday. It took more than week for me to get the vehicle back only to be told it was bad gas. After weeks or arguing it was not a gas issue they admitted that they had to repair the transmission, change the gas pump, fix loose wire and totally Integrated Power Module. I was not given an invoice with the print out of the repairs, I believe this was deliberate to hid the paper trail of the repairs. I would not recommend this dealer to an enemy much less a friend. Each time I took the vehicle in for repair it took at least a week to get a response. Now jeep only wants to trade-in and not buy-back the vehicle which they appraised it for $29K after a month and I paid $36K, how convenient. Now they want me to take a lower model vehicle after they give me back less that half the depreciation value, even though I have lost numerous days from work. Buying the vehicle is ok, just try to get it serviced or repaired. More
