This was because Robert made us feel comfortable answering all our questions and did not pressure us and also made us feel welcome. We felt he would work with us to make sure we bought the right car for our family. And I didn't make it easy for him when I decided at the last minute to possibly lease. He jumped right in and proceeded to explain leasing to me and assist me with my decision - and the car was still ready for us on that Saturday morning. Rafael Castro was also helpful with the lease sale. And when we sat down to sign the leasing paperwork, Andy Rosario went out of his way to help us, too. What a great group of people.
