I lease my 2012 ram from this dealer. Took it there for oil change and inspection. A black smudge mark was left on the inside interior of my ram. Also my spare jack and tool was used and left on the back f oil change and inspection. A black smudge mark was left on the inside interior of my ram. Also my spare jack and tool was used and left on the back floor of vehicle. I tryed and made 20 calls or more to Donovan and Hubert to resolve this issue. And was given their voicemail on many occasions. I eventually contacted the lease company, who then connected me with corporate. I was then told to return to the dealership and they will remove the stain. Which costs me time from work ,tolls and gas being that I live in brooklyn. I recommend no to deal with this dealership it's not worth the headache. My last vehicle was a jeep Cherokee and now I'm in a ram 1500 crew cab. When my lease is up I will end my relationship the dodge,jeep Chrysler dealership. Never again, they are the worst . You never know until your already committed in a lease or finance contract . Be ware the service department is full of it More
