We were originally going to buy a used car, however, our salesman, Craig, showed us a new car that would be exactly what we were looking to get. The very next day we went back and purchased the Dodge Grand salesman, Craig, showed us a new car that would be exactly what we were looking to get. Generally speaking my experience was quite positive. However, there are three peeves that I have. The first has nothing to do with the dealership but with the manufacturer. I ordered a jeep with spe However, there are three peeves that I have. The first has nothing to do with the dealership but with the manufacturer. I ordered a jeep with specific features I wanted. I received an e-mail from Jeep saying they would be sending update notices at the various stages of build as the car was being manufactured. That was the first e-mail. The next and last e-mail I received was to inform me that the car was being shipped. Obviously the company has a nice idea with respect to customer relations but can't get it to work. The second minor but annoying thing had to do with the mounting of the front license plate. The plate was not mounted in the center of the front plastic bumper but was off center by an inch or more. Clearly someone just drilled the holes by eye. But if he or she had taken the trouble to look at the bumper, there are factory marks showing where the holes should be drilled. Finally, again I have to fault Jeep. This vehicle, as you know, comes with a ton of rather new and complicated electronic and computer gadgets. Unfortunately,the booklet and the disc which come as directions are very poorly written and organized for someone to get familiar with how to work it all. For instance, the index is useless in terms of trying to look something up. BLR More

My experience with Mr. Ernest Clarke was a very good one. However, my experience with his manager Mr. Roberto Nunez was quite the opposite.
