Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership was with Mr.Williams. He doesn't care about the customer at all.Even being wrong and admitting that "They dropped the ball" when it came to my cash deposit he Mr.Williams. He didn't let me talk and explain my situation correctly. He dismissed me without even trying to make sure I was somewhat satisfied to ensure I would still return and explain nicely why my transaction wasn't handled correctly. I was willing to come back the following week to finalize my third car purchase from you guys but he made sure I wouldn't want to return. He actually accused me of "Dropping the ball" when I gave my cash deposit without knowing if I qualified for a lease on a car I wanted to get my wife. I was trying to express my concerns of how I was misinformed about the deposit policy that previous Friday and how the salesman that handled my deposit acknowledged that I was told on Friday that the GM left and had taken the key to the safe so I had to wait till Monday to get my cash deposit back. He told me "Not to cry over spilt milk" and to take a check and have a nice life...And what made it worse was that he spoke to me this way and handled the situation in front of all the employees and customers that surrounded the sales podium, I was truly embarrassed by this...I'm a loyal customer and was really looking forward to buying a third car from you guys but Mr.Williams made it clear that my business is not appreciated nor welcomed It's sad to see a person like Mr.Williams in a position that truly gives him the power to affect a customers feelings and overall experience.... He really knows how to make a true loyal customer go away. I highly doubt that there will be any repercussion towards Mr.Williams and his behavior towards me. I just wanted to make sure my voice was heard being that I was never contacted by anyone to see if I was ok or even try to keep my business. More
