On 08/03/2013, my husband and I visited the dealership to have our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (which we purchased in January 2013 with the assistance of another sales representative at Eastchester) service have our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (which we purchased in January 2013 with the assistance of another sales representative at Eastchester) serviced before a road trip later this week. After looking at some of the vehicles on the sales floor, we began talking to Jimmy (a very responsive sales representative) about our current vehicle and the features that were not included from our original request in January 2013 (like leather interior - due to allergy concerns, sunroof, back-up camera/assistance etc.). Jimmy reviewed our current sales details and with the assistance of John F. Kennedy, we were able to get a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited) with all the features we initially desired. I received an email (they are good about sending them - not too many & they alert you to deals) advertising a summer sale on a preventive maintenance service. I was in the area and walked in to schedule an appt. While there I asked to see a dealer. One of the GMs (a super guy named Barry) lead me to Robert LaRosa. I left today with a new vehicle and am glad for the experience. This current management and sales and (as always) service team was really wonderful. Don (Service) - Personable, attentive and knowledgeable. George (Service) - Personable and GREAT eye for detail. Bobby Erickson (Finance)- Took an extra step to help close the deal and was knowledgeable. Barry (Mgmt) - On a hurt foot - did a lot of 'running' to assist where needed.
