Rafael Castro, a manager at the Eastchester CJD worked with me to Eastchester CJD, so I decided to get another car, no other dealership came to mind. Rafael Castro, a manager at the Eastchester CJD worked with me to get me the best deal possible on my first and my second car. They treated me with courtesy, respect and answered all my questions so I can make the best financial decisions. The customer service there is outstanding. I even heard other car buyers said that Eastchester CJD is the only place they have gotten their cars for the past 5 years. I'm recommending this dealership to friends and family already. Rafael took such good care of me in helping me purchase the vehicle. Robert did an incredible job with my vehicle orientation, and Andy was instrumental in getting me the best rates and guiding me to set up the best financial package for my new Viper. FIRST, THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY HAVE AN F RATING! IF YOU ARE USING THIS SITE TO DECIDE ON A DEALER THEN GO TO THE BBB WEBSITE AND READ THOSE REVIEWS. ON THE FOUR OCCASIONS THAT I WAS THERE I WAS NOT THE ONLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THERE. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I SPOKE TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND I DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I have bought four cars from dealers so far and I will rate this as my worst experience. This dealership has no idea what good customer service is. They only care about getting the money and moving on. My first problem was that the vehicle that I was looking at only came with one key. I had never encountered this before. All of the other cars that I have bought from dealers came with two keys and when I pointed this out to my salesperson, Sheronica she gave me a look of confusion. I told her that if she could not get me another key for the vehicle then show me the vehicles with two keys or I would go somewhere else. She got up and went talk to one of the sales managers, who I later found out was Wes. She came back and said that the sales manager said that the key would be $350.00 and they would pay for half which is $175.00. As I wanted the car I agreed to this. As of today, May 27, 2013 I still have no key. I have had to take days off from my job to be given the run around. This is why I rated them VERY BAD on customer service. I have been back there three separate times and I still do not have my extra key. This morning when I went there I was once again told that the key was not there. I was then given the check and told to go to the dealership and get the key made myself. That's not the best part - The check is only for $182.00. So, that means that Wes is a LIAR and Sheronica is a LIAR because orignally Seronica told me that Wes told her the key would be $350.00. Another reason I give them a VERY BAD on customer service is because on one of my first trip there to get my key, Sheronica was approximately two hours late because she was not feeling well that day, which I totally understand because we have all had days that we were not feeling well. I went and spoke to Wes and he totally dismissed me and tod me that I would have to wait for her to get there and to go have a seat. So, where is the customer service. I sat there for over four hours that day and at the end of it still had no key. When Sheronica finally got there and went to get the key made she came back and said that the other dealership would have to order the key and I would have to come back again. Do you mean to tell me that Eastchester Chrysler could not have sent someone else that worked there to get the key made while Sheronica was not there. So, maybe I would not have waited four hours for nothing. What happened to making the customer happy. Eastchester has no idea of what good customer service is. I will not rate friendliness because I will admit that Sheronica was friendly, but she was friendly because all she wanted was a sale. And who would not be friendly in that situation. Being friendly is her main job. No one would buy a car or anything else from someone who rude and nasty. When I dealt with the sales managers Wes and Rafael it was if I was bothering them, so they were definitely not friendly. The price on the vehicle was comparable with other dealerships in the area that were selling the same car. I do not like that my warranty commits me to only go back there to have my car serviced because at this point I want nothing to with these people. I should have asked before I signed the papers. As a matter of fact I am going to call the company that administers the warranty to see if I can change this. As I said, as of today, May 27, 2013 the day I am writing this review approximately six weeks after purchasing the car I still have no second key. I will now have to contact the other dealership to get the key made. So, I will have to take more time off and take time out of my busy schedule because the people at Eastchester are incompetent. I would not recommend anyone buy a car at this dealership. They are just another dealership looking for people with bad credit to exploit as much as possible with high interest rates. Basically preying on the community around them. My credit was great so they could not exploit me. Shop around and go to BBB website because this dealership also has numerous complaints filed against them. I should have looked there before I went to Eastchester and commited to anything. Sorry that I did not. More
