When I visited the dealership I had prepared myself for the typical "car dealership jargon" but I was pleasantly greeted by Rick Rogers. Mr. Rogers was very patient and encouraging during my visit. Once the deal was in process I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Yves Gilbert and Jacob Padilla. What a great group of men!!!! I felt like I was at home and dealing with family and it was the first time I experienced this at a car dealership. I had a very pleasent experience at the eastchester dealership. I purchased a 2013 dodge challenger and recieved it exactly how i wanted it and more. On the day of my pick up I was satisfied with my car and drove it out of there with in 45 minutes. If me or anyone in my family were to purchase another car eastchester would be on top of the list because of my salesman (he came highly reccomended). The total price of my car was high but because of what kind of car it was. Jimmy was very reasonable during negotiations and I believe it was a fair price. At eastchester I knew what I was getting unlike other dealerships that just play games. This was my first car purchase and eastchester was by far the most pleasent experience. More
