I never had such a good experience getting a car like I did at jeep. From the min I walked into the door till I signed the papers I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. This is my first experience with this dealership. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and special. Everyone was pleasant and displayed concerned about my needs. We discussed the cars I was interested in, examined each one and I was able to pick out a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. It took a few hours to complete the deal and Rick was right there every step of the way. When I finally left the dealership, I was in the car that I had choosen. The next day I returned with some minor problems and once again Rick was there to assist me. At the point one of the problems is not cleared up, however I have confidence that this dealership will honorably take care of it as soon as the part arrives. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this dealership to my friends and associates. More

I am very sad to say that my experience with this dealer has been awful. I did a lot of research and used dealer rater to find a reputable dealership that I can trust and unfortunately this was not the case has been awful. I did a lot of research and used dealer rater to find a reputable dealership that I can trust and unfortunately this was not the case when I purchased my car. I purchased a used ML 350 from the dealer a few weeks ago. I was told by the salesman that the service lights on the dash needed to be cleared and that the car was already serviced which was not the case. The car has been to the service department, which owns the Larchmont dealership - Eastchester Chrysler and Dodge a total of 3 times in five short weeks. I felt the transmission slipping and the car jerks from a cold start and was told that the car needs to warm up for 30 minutes before driving, and that the transmission was reprogrammed to fix the problem. The suspension knocks and I was told that it was just the kit under the car that holds everything together, not to mention a host of other issues including the coolant system, brakes, keys malfunctioning ( I carried around 2 keys for weeks because one opened the car and the other locked it) and resistance in the steering. The brakes were fixed as well as the coolant system (be mindful that the salesman told me the lights needed to be cleared, but as it turns out these we're actual issues - I never wld have bought the car if these were actual issues). I was told that the keys were reprogrammed, but now one works and the other does nothing. I have been driving this car and the transmission issues as well as the knocking have been unbearable; the car does not go over 20 miles per hour for the first 15 minutes of driving. Just this weekend the check engine light came on and I had enough. I took the car to a Mercedes Benz dealer to get a diagnostic done and Eastchester refused to pay so I paid out of my own pocket. Turns out the engine needs thousands of dollars in repairs, the transmission needs serious work done (not just a 30 minute warm up, and who knows what the reprogramming they claimed to have done was about), and the knocking in the suspension has nothing to do with the "kit that holds everything together". It will costs thousands of dollars to get this car functioning properly. After signing for a 23,000 loan, 2 loaner rentals, and 6 weeks of frustration, I will be returning this car to the dealership and demanding a refund. Eastchester has agreed to pay for the repairs however, I cannot stomach paying 23,000 for a car that needs significant engine AND transmission repairs. Even with a warranty, it's just not worth it. I have no complaints about the customer service I received at this dealership, however I have been misled about the issues the vehicle has and I am bewildered as to how this vehicle was even for sale in the first place. I am happy that I chose to get a second opinion on the issues this vehicle has. I will repost after I return the vehicle to let consumers know how the process went. More

My husband and I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and I have to say that this was the best experience of them all. Everyone is friendly and willing to help but not pushy. Other dealers give you the impression that they just want to make the deal and move the car whether your happy or not but at Eastchester Chrysler they want to not only move the car but make sure it's the right deal for you. They give you personalized attention. Our sales professional, Jimmy Somma, made this one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. He gave us all the information we needed to make a descision without any pressure. After visiting one more dealer, we ran back to Jimmy and Eastchester Chrysler. My husband is now the proud owner of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler after putting to rest his 95 Wrangler. Once again, thank you so much for making something that we thought wasn't going to happen into a reality. More
